We’ve been batch roasting the finest arabica coffees since 1971. But there are a few blends in particular that we’re proud to hold up as examples of the roaster’s art.
Fire is the transformative agent for all coffees; each finished bean is a dark, slick phoenix of flavor that arises from the original fruit. The process requires painstaking care – too little or too much heat applied for too long or too short, and the coffee is ruined. In our specialty roast coffees, we let our roasting artists take center stage in demonstrating their mastery.
